Community Arts Advocates is searching for a volunteer computer programmer(s) to develop an on-line artists data base. The primary goal of this Street Artists & Buskers Artists Data Base Project is to publish the data base with brief artists descriptions, contact information, web site link, sample sound or video clip and small photograph on the Community Arts Advocates web site. The Community Arts Advocates office uses Apple computers. The web site uses an Apple Mac computer server and uses MGI tags and scripts for setting up data bases (templates are available). Community Arts Advocates would like the data base to be updated from both an on-line form that can be submitted by users and from the office Filemaker Pro data base.

The Street Artists & Buskers Artists Data Base Project has no funding sources. Community Arts Advocates is willing to explore the options and feasibility of expanding the Street Artists & Buskers Artists Data Base Project through grant applications written in collaboration with the selected programmer(s).
